Technical categories for entries

In the Scooter category, the series designation allows the use of aftermarket parts with the same technical content as the factory, provided they do not result in an increase in performance. No non-factory cylinders, cylinder heads, carburettors, exhausts, ignition systems are allowed. Slick tyres is not allowed. Tyres may not vary from factory diameter, widthness only may vary. No restriction on telescopes, struts. The original shape must be maintained.
